📦 SHIPPING TERMS
1. Shipping Costs

2. Shipping Times
Delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery time starts from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays due to customs, weather, carrier logistics, or other external factors are outside our responsibility.
⚠️ Important Notice: All delivery timeframes are estimates. We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date under any circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options during checkout. Each may include an estimated delivery timeframe, but no method is guaranteed. For details or special requests, please contact us.
4. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, which are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any customs delays or additional fees incurred.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss once a package has been handed over to the carrier. In the event of such issues, please contact the shipping provider directly. We will assist where possible with tracking information, but liability rests with the carrier.
📦 Non-Delivery by Carrier: If a shipment is marked as “delivered” but is not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. We are not liable for such instances and will not issue refunds or replacements.
6. Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance can be selected at checkout. If insurance is not purchased, all risk for lost, delayed, or damaged items lies with the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
8. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, the customer will be liable for any re-shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, lockers, or parcel stations. If such an address is entered, and delivery fails, we are not responsible for lost or returned shipments.
10. No Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup or self-collection. All orders are shipped via our logistics partners. Personal pickup is not possible under any circumstances.
11. Returns & Refunds Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will assist where possible, but we do not assume liability for issues caused by third-party carriers. Refunds or replacements are only issued if the fault is ours.
12. Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email after your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and respond to any delivery attempts. Missed deliveries or returned items due to inaction are not our responsibility.
13. Customer Responsibility for Tracking
Once tracking is provided, the customer must actively track the shipment. We are not responsible for any missed deliveries, storage fees, or returns resulting from failure to monitor the tracking status or take necessary action.
14. Third-Party Carriers
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over how it is handled. Any problems during transit (delays, damage, loss) must be resolved with the carrier.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to shipping or delivery, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
17. Entire Agreement
These Shipping Terms represent the entire agreement between you and LightEsthetics concerning shipping and delivery. They override any prior written or verbal agreements or communications.
18. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Shipping Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
